to this site by the advertisers outside of Publisher control. If
their description is not accurate as to how their service functions,
then contact the advertised service and complain if necessary.

web site any content that creates liability for Publisher; that
violates any law or regulation; which is abusive, illegal, pornographic,
threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy
or publicity rights, or otherwise objectionable that would constitute
or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party,
or that would otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
Publisher prohibits the listing or sale of any item that is illegal
to sell under any applicable law, or regulation.
All Users hereby grant Publisher an irrevocable but non-exclusive
Copyright license covering the entire content of the User`s advertisement,
including but not limited to the electronic photo images. Publisher,
in it's sole discretion and as it desires, may publish or cause
to be published any such content in whole or in part in any other
Publisher web site.
All person under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using
Publisher website.
Publisher reserves the right to remove or modify any Ad or part
of the Site at any time, with or without notice or notification,
for any reason. Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete
a user account due to any misuse of terms and conditions and in
addition at its sole discretion may suspend access or use of site
to any user for any or no reason at all.
By use of this Site you agree that Publisher shall not be liable
to you or to any third party for any Ad modification or service
suspension; that Publisher has the right to edit or delete any posting
and to refuse use or service to any user for any reason without
warning or notice.
Publisher assumes no responsiblity for quality of items listed,
nor for the outcome of transactions initiated through these ads.
Please inform Publisher of any suspicious emails, ads, attempted
fraud or other illegal activitys. In case of fraud, file a police
report and contact us with Ads URL and email.
Although Publisher will do the best to keep questionable material
from remaining on our website, Publisher does not intend nor is
it reasonable for us to monitor each and every Ad posted by Users
for content or legitimacy, therefore we will not be responsible
